Let me introduce myself...
Hello to all my "Pimp Your Poker" friends. My name is Terry, I own ThePokerkeep. The Pokerkeep is a poker portal dedicated to providing players with the safest online poker rooms, solid poker strategy and up to date information on the world of online poker. We don't just "speak the speak". We are very outspoken when it comes to rogue sites, cheating and fraud... our Poker Site Blacklist is long and includes some of the biggest players in the industry. I speak my mind on the forums too.
I am a poker player. Living in Ontario, Canada where the nearest casino is a few hours drive, I play mostly online. My favorite rooms are Doyle's, FullTilt, Stars, Carbon and BIGdaddys (of course). I am known in the online poker world as "ninesmine", "Pokerkeep", "thepokerkeep", or some variation of those.
My friend and associate, Sam O'Connor, is an author, columnist and poker pro. Sam lives and plays in Vegas. Sam writes regularly for PokerPro Magazine. He is also the author of the best selling poker strategy book, How To Dominate $1 & $2 No Limit Hold' Em. Sam contributes strategy articles for ThePokerkeep on a regular basis, they can be found here.
I am also very active in the poker affiliate world through my membership and participation in many forums and organizations. ThePokerkeep is certified by eCogra, GPWA and CAP which means we adhere to the principles and high ethical standards of those organizations.
I'm a father of four grown children (3 girls and 1 boy). My wife and I are also proud grandparents of four beautiful little ones (3 boys and 1 girl). A fifth is on the way!
